The entry sets a tone of understated drama. Columns adorned with gilded botanical motifs frame the arrival, while pale oak paneling and honed marble lead to dining and bar spaces that draw the eye toward the skyline.

Drawing inspiration from Sam Haskins' iconic Cowboy Kate photography and the glamour of vintage Las Vegas, the interiors reinterpret the city's legendary energy through a contemporary lens. Rather than relying on nostalgia, the design celebrates the seductive confidence and unapologetic theatricality that have long defined the spirit of the Strip.

Collaboration with exceptional artisans, fabricators, and makers was central to the design process. From custom furnishings and decorative lighting to handcrafted finishes and one-of-a-kind installations, every detail was thoughtfully designed to create an environment that feels unmistakably bespoke.

In the bedrooms and bathrooms, soft neutrals meet gold leaf details. Suspended mirrors, a freestanding tub beside floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and sculptural wall art keep the Strip in view while preserving a sense of calm.

Throughout the hotel suites, custom architectural elements and furnishings create a sequence of unforgettable experiences. Live-edge wood wall installations transition seamlessly into shimmering textured plaster and carved marble grotto soaking tubs sit beneath white oak coffered ceilings. Every material was selected not only for its visual richness but for its ability to create atmosphere, texture, and a lasting sense of discovery.

Individual suites introduce their own character, from arched leather plum headboards and photographic art to emerald onyx bathrooms and richly veined stone showers.
